What a good cat to get that will eat mice?????? Serious Problem...

Kk I aint even joking with this...

Been having a mouse issue in our warehouse lately....

They are little ones that come out at night and leave turds around...

We are in a industrial complex and these fuckers seem to breed and nothing helps..

We have left poison out but they eat em like tic tacs and dont seem to die..

Called a exterminator and he wanted crazy money cause of the size of the building roughly 20k sq ft with 90/10 split whse/office and he wanted to spray toxic shit all over the place so I ask you gfyrs who knows about cats? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

i aint even joking about this issue :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh

d-null 10-28-2009 05:19 PM

sounds like you need a whole family of cats, not just one cat

Spunky 10-28-2009 05:20 PM

The mice will breed faster than the cat will eat them..exterminate them

alias 10-28-2009 05:20 PM

They have mouse "treats" its poisoned canary seed. Try that.

it seems they fuckers breed faster than they can be killed....

alias 10-28-2009 05:26 PM

I must say I have stomped on a mouse, some ninja shit. I saw it go behind a bag, lifted the bag BAM. Like a snake.

beemk 10-28-2009 05:32 PM

i had them in my garage really bad because i had a bag of grass seed they got in and they were eating that. i put out the green dcon tray and they ate it but were still around and i had to put out 2 more until they disappeared. this was after using traps with peanut butter and killing about 20 of them to just have more come back.

docputer 10-28-2009 05:35 PM

I would keep putting out the dcon, and they will eventually be killed off. You probably did kill the ones that ate up before, there are just more than you bought bait for.

i layed out 6 traps before i came home with peanut butter , its the ones with the bait hole in the back and you push down and if they get tripped the red indictaor is on...

Only thing I hope is they dont find the bathroom cause i dont want to be reading in there and then see 2 of em run around :helpme

Animals hide when they go to die. :2 cents:

King of Pop 10-28-2009 06:54 PM

mice don't die , buy some gerbils to kill the mice

Are you sure they aren't the Rats of NIMH?

Get a couple homeless, adult cats from the shelter. Just the smell will send the mice elsewhere.

or you could set a mousetrap with a nice bate. and wait for a couple of hours you might caught one. the problem is how to dispose it. happy hunting :thumbsup

Loch 10-28-2009 08:55 PM

Holy shit dude wtf are you doing with a big space like that.....dont tell me its a studio?

dready 10-28-2009 08:59 PM

Glue traps. Nothing works better. Put one in the corner, then put some nice milk chocolate in the corner o the trap, so they have to go over the trap to get it. Never fails.

Once caught you need to throw them with the trap upside down in a bucket of water to drown them. Don't ever try to unstick them.

Matt 26z 10-28-2009 09:01 PM

I use humane traps ever since I saw a mouse get in a regular trap. It didn't die right away. It's legs were flailing around until it finally suffocated. Then it happened again, and I saw it, only I quickly ran the trap outside and opened it back up. The mouse was in shock, but after a minute it ran off.

smoke 10-28-2009 09:02 PM

gardner snakes will kill them and they are harmless to people, you can get them at the pet store. im being serious by the way, my brother used them a few years ago to get rid of mice and they worked like a charm.

Mutt 10-28-2009 09:04 PM

are you back in the book business juicy?

fryer 10-28-2009 09:07 PM

Get two cats. I can tell you my calico gets field mice ALL the time.

bbwdollars 10-28-2009 09:13 PM

cats will only dent it, but if you do get some, any farm cats will do the best job for sure.

cherrylula 10-28-2009 09:16 PM

go buy one of those fake fur mice from a pet store, go to the animal shelter and check out the adult cats. See which ones react the best to the mouse and get one or two. They will at least keep the mice away. Just feed them and they will love you and be happy chasing mice. much better than poisoning or killing the mice, they will go elsewhere.

then he came back in your house later that day. they cant come back if you kill them.

abadfish 10-28-2009 10:21 PM

My cat kills mice all the time... and then brings them INTO my house. Disgusting but I've never seen a live one.

LoveSandra 10-28-2009 10:43 PM

my cat is not good for hunting lol The little fucker didn`t catch shit in 3 years of life.

BV 10-28-2009 11:27 PM

you need hungry cats if you want them to "eat" the mice

otherwise they just kill them and leave them as presents for you

SmokeyTheBear 10-29-2009 12:14 AM

amateurs...

lock some homeless people in there.

they will have a warm place to sleep and plenty to eat, you will no longer have a mice problem and the whole shebang is a tax writeoff because you are now a charity. plus you can prob get some cash from the govt for housing the homeless.

FUCKIN A RIGHT MAN, multiple benefits to be had from this idea!

WAY TO GO MAN!:2 cents:

v4 media 10-29-2009 05:18 AM

glue pads, lay them out at night and the mice get stuck to them, don't poison, they die in your walls and stink the place up.

Rowdy 10-29-2009 05:56 AM

Here's an old "country boy" trick for ya when it comes to mice....

Take a few 5 gallon buckets and put a little grass seed in the bottom of them. (Large garbage cans are even better! ) Then, take a few sticks and lean them on the bucket on the outside so the mice can climb up them and get into the bucket/can. They climb up and jump in to get the seed but can not get out. At this point you can kill them however you please. A few gallons of water in the bucket, a few drops of ammonia to gas them or whatever. This is an easy way to catch them and kill them without them dying everyplace and making the place stink.

Good luck ... I use this method in my own shed and it really seems to work better than most methods.

Juicy D. Links 10-29-2009 07:41 AM

Update arrived today and none of the traps were triggered.....

Laying out massive poison today , the DCON shit...

Wilsy 10-29-2009 07:44 AM

Just a few hungry cats will do the job

NBBCash Matze 10-29-2009 08:01 AM

cats are a nice and cheap idea but what would you do with the cats after all mice are eaten? Get dogs to get rid of the cats ? :1orglaugh Mouse traps should work too :)

tranza 10-29-2009 10:09 AM

You'd better get a snake...

Yep, I agree with the glue traps. I never thought about using the chocolate though. Have to remember that one :)

Tom_PM 10-29-2009 11:00 AM

If you do go with a cat, get a maine coon from a farmer if you can. They are large and the one I had was an absolute predator in our back woods. Birds, full sized rabbits.. everything he'd catch and bring home to get his props.. lol

Jman 10-29-2009 11:03 AM

I'm sending the specialist
