sound popping and cracking: adobe media encoder cs4
 

When i convert videos to flash in this program, the sound in the output flv's is popping and cracking. Ive looked at the adobe forums and alot of people have this problem too, but no fixes other than 'youre input file is no good', 'disable antivirus' and all other bullshit that doesnt have anything to do with it. The input files are fine, a free video to flash converter i tried has perfect output sound in any setting (but the video quality in the same settings is much lower quality than the adobe product) thats why i want the sound to be good in adobe media encoder. Maybe some codec or something?
