Bah that is not the most expensive house in America. I just listed my custom one of a kind hand crafted tutor style dog house with hardwood trim and rain gutters. It was a hard choice letting this go onto the market but with todays economy I needed the money. I have decided to go with the prestigious firm of craigslist and list it for 250 million firm. Not a motivated seller, will not give any add ons. If you want the stainless leash, custom spike, real fiber collar, or the polished drinking bowl you will pay extra. Serious pre screened buyers can view the property by appointment only and no camera's allowed.

At least three people who share a 1000 square foot apartment with a roommate will criticize that home in this thread.
