Looking for sponsor banners 250x250

I am building a new webmaster resource site and I am having a very hard time finding banners in a consistant size.

You pick the sponsor you will promote by the size of their banners?

No that is not correct, but if I email sponsors directly 80% do not even respond to emails.

If I post here I will get many responses. and can go from there.
