Sorry for a small offtopic: it would be great if someone suggest a working solution for Turkish traffic as well. I have no idea how to convert those guys. They surf for porn like insane but never pay of course. Do they have any money at all?

Actually I'm not looking for a billing. I'm looking for an affiliate program which can convert/buy Turkish traffic.

How much i know telephone billing programs like password by phone and similar have affiliate program as well.
