Looking for a webmaster
 

Hey Guys,

I have been building up a small network of sites, but due to my online dating software biz Affiliate Dating [dot] net. Now taking more of my time I need to find another webmaster to work with as I am only finding i have an hour per day max to dedicate to this project which is not good enough. I have over 300,000 members in my dating system and the guy i had wanted to manage this is not upto the job. ( i have to take back control )

I need a webmaster to work with me. Must know what they are doing, proven success in the adult porn marketplace.

My offer is $500.00 per month guaranteed and then 10% ongoing once that 10% is above $500 etc replacing the set wage. Why is it only 10% i'm offering and that is basically due to what i am putting into the project in regards to funding. As below.

Starting next month
$1,000 into tgp submission by a webmaster i know.
$1,000 paid traffic via juicy ads & one other, name not in my mind !!
$1,500 purchased content via world wide content & others per month
$2,000 new exclusive content to be filmed by slinky studios [dot] com
$500 for 4 sets of content feeds from different suppliers.
$500 per month photographer for 2 of the sites sexy solo models [dot] com and i have 2 girls happy to do exclusive work jennasky[dot]com and one other no name as of yet.

I have just used a template cms to get the basics built but i need a webmaster with alot of ideas, time, drive & conections to make this work to it's potential.

the network can be found under slutassassin.com and all the sites listed at the bottom of the page. Some only just started, others half built etc.
