Selling big adult network
 

I'm thinking of selling my whole adult network. It's a big decision since I've pretty much dedicated 3 years of building it.. so it's a golden opportunity to say the least.

This is an established scandinavian network (there are also a couple of english sites) with 500000+ uniques and about 12 million views monthly which is quite alot (for being about 80% swedish traffic) and it converts fairly good. Stats by awstats. These numbers are from early 2008 though, I would guess it has around 700k+ uniques now since it has grown steadily. I'll summarize an updated stats sheet for those who are interested.

I'm a programmer so alot of the sites are custom coded, making them act exacly as I want. The sites today are run to 90% by automation, by functions I've written for every specific site. Everything is coded in PHP/MySQL. You have to be aware though that it will require some work and knowledge from your part to keep the network running. The network also consists of a couple of social communities, dating and other type of sites where people can submit content, so that will need to be moderated.

There's been little to none marketing done from my side, the sites have basicly become popular of their own. They've also gotten some attention in media (newspaper etc) + that they are SEO optimized and rank very well.

Since the sites are in swedish, norweigan and english, you might want to have some skills of the swedish language.. it will atleast make it easier. But if you don't, I'll help you.

Turnover/Revenue 2008: ~$20000 (and that's just with the 2 best converting programs - one of them payouts in SEK so that's the reason for the ~)
Costs for hosting: $1188

Price:
The price tag I'm looking for is somewhere around $40000 (it's not a fixed price - what I've taken into equation is revenue, traffic and the potential/work put down)

There has been alot of inquires about buying single sites but I prefer to sell everything together, since there are alot of relations between the sites. So first priority is to sell it as a package, if that's not possible I'll start selling them as singles.
