Anyone have a regex to block this referrer spam?
 

Keep getting fake hits from random domains like:

1a19jx2u2mbe.com
nsl82iqbge8z.com
scihgjmfxmkz.com
etc..

They aren't even websites so I can't understand what the point of this shenanigans is but it's annoying having to delete these every day to keep my lists neat.
