why dont you simply call? there are like 5 phone numbers incl. personal cell phones and ICQ in their customer area. not mentioning the ticket system...

Fyi, if you ever want someone on ICQ you can go to http://www.mojohost.com/login.html

Guys rotate through ICQ availability so at all times there will be 1 or more system administrators showing online. For the sake of sanity, we limit to 1 person on ICQ at all times regardless of how many people are on shift. Alternatively, anyone can call in and press 1 to speak with support anytime 24-7.

I live on the outskirts of town in Thailand. My internet is nothing short of horrible. Calling is simply not an option most of the time. One of the worst parts of living in a tropical paradise.

Mojo Host is awesome. The staff are great and I feel sorry for the one guy I am always harassing over there. Hey Brad, Greg deserves a bonus for Xmas as he is AWESOME! :) hehehe
