Who needs to go on a diet after Christmas and New Year 2010?
I'll go on a strict dietary control in January and two weeks in February. I should I go down 7 kg.:helpme

Not like its anything new but I am not like most people. I went on diet BEFORE THE HOLIDAYS and have actually LLOST WEIGHT during XMAS! Im not fat though, I only weigh like 155 LOL
i didnt eat any cuipcakes or sweets this season and just stayed in control and focused my willpower. I havent been eating after 6-7ish pm either, you cut the pounds doing this! I wanted to look as good as I could in the pictures this year so I started eating better than I normally do and even working out a bit. It paid off, I got nothing but compliments on "how good I looked" some family I hadnt seen in years. |
I donīt need a diet but stop drinking so much alcohol!

Don't need the diet, made some lifestyle changes end of shitty 09 and will just continue living like that in 2010

you dont need a diet but you do need to:
- eat every 2-3 hrs - eat veggies, fruit and lean protein with every feeding (whole food) - eat other carbs only after workout (chocolate) - drink at least 1 cup of water wit hevery feeding - don't drink anything w/ more than 0 cal. and no its not easier said then done. cheers bitches now go do 50 burpees :thumbsup |
