there's maybe 10 or so - not that much. german webmasters cannot legally promote you as long as they live in germany or their company is registered there.

the german webmasters that promote international sites are around here, maybe not at this time of the day though

the german webmasters who work in the german market will not promote you unless you follow the german law (approved age verification system)

How do i find this approved age verification system?

http://www.ueber18.de/ for example is one of them. but once you go this way you also need to make sure that german surfers cannot access your site by simple typing in the URL for example. maybe you hit up the guys from Eurorevenue (Huda), they might have more experience with that. we moved out of Germany so that I don't have to deal with that shit and my knowledge is limited.

definitely no option - you cannot legally provide access to hardcore content without age verification.

you better have the hardcore tour in german and look for the few german webmasters that live outside Germany. or buy german traffic yourself. or trade with others that have german traffic

I do have the hardcore tour in german, Every bit of it including the join page, meta tags...the whole thing.
I have a disclaimer page like any other adult site has, I am not in germany.

How did it work out for you? What did you all do? I'm looking for (more) German gay traffic myself. My site sells very well in Germany so I'm looking for more affiliates with German traffic. I'm just not sure how to reach the ones that can promote my site.

On my Swiss site i also had to censor the public tour.

Just curious, but what would have happened if you didn't censor the tour?

Are signups less now that you censored the tour?

People who think the porn industry will always be here should look at Germany. The EU could come out with a similar ruling at any point, and probably will, given that there is no European equivalent of the free speech coalition to fight it.

I've read that they also have a stupid law which means that if you rent a self-catering apartment for anytime, even for 1 week, you will be subject to German tax on your earnings, and I guess any adult webmaster would be breaking their adult verification laws too.

Can anyone tell me what the legal situation is in Switzerland and Austria?
