what changes would you make? I'm not talking bigger dicks and boobs but other practical design features.

For example, I would make arms either retractable or detachable. This would come in handy particularly for spooning when you don't know what to do with that spare arm or when sleeping to allow more comfort.

I would make the lungs a more formidable force, so they could deal with smoking. The liver would be strengthened to deal with alcohol too.

Cancer and any std would be a non event too.

Knees need to be simplified so there arent all the tendons & hamstrings etc, when they go wrong its major aggro.

Just imagine a knee that is a simple two or three piece construction held together in some form of natural nut and bolt style.
