Adult Photographer? Help!
 

Hey guys!

I am a photographer [as some of you know] and I am reaaaally looking to try and branch out into photographing girls...

Here's a few examples of the quality of my work.... Although they're not nude... You can still get the idea..

So what I need to know is how do I do it? Is there anywhere I can get info on how to become an adult photographer? Obviously I can take photos of nude models.. But how do I get paid to do it? :P

photograph the girls nude, post them for sale here and you will get buyers if your work is good and it looks good to me.

you do nice pics - unfortunately people rarely buy nice pics in this biz - unless a 12 inch dildo is considered nice. you could for example research site in that niche and contact them directly. in your case www.onlytease.com for example comes to my mind. or met art

Hello and good morning... You do good work, in order to make money you must shoot both video and stills of each model. First you must study 18 U.S.C 2257 laws.

You must pay all of your models, get a 2257 compliant model release from the model.
Then create a nice real website/domain featuring your work.

That way you will have all of your ducks in a row, and post your link to view both of you photo and video work.

Those above left out all the details you will absolutely need to do before selling your photos. YOU MUST BE in COMPLIANCE with 2257 Laws.

Perrie will shoot hardcore if she sees it's worth doing :) The work she has above isn't for sale in this way :) She's gonna combine nakedness and sex with high quality images :)

I have contacted a few different sites... Gods Girls & Suicide Girls being a couple... About working for them.... Are there any other sites that are similar? :)

are we not in a porn board? Hardcore is the only thing that really sells. Hardcore is not just BG, hardcore can be a finger in a females asshole. That sure isn't soft core.

Suicide Girls is a strange business. Supposedly they pay the girl being shot something like $200, and pay the photographer something like $50. I think they get models and photographers because of their big brand image... and it has nothing to do with money.

I believe they think photographers are doing this for the fuck of it.

In all honesty it's rather brilliant... I wish I could get models just by having a big enough brand that people come come out of the wood-work just to be on my site for any compensation. But I couldn't care less about a credit... it's all about money.

A number of years ago, I had a girl who supposedly was approved with Suicide Girls... and when I found out the rate, I told her to tell them to go fuck themselves...

Same here ... I know am SG or two and they get paid very little ... but it's not about money for a lot of them ... it's about freedom of expression and the fact that they're not entirely in the know about what is being made out of them. SG is a cool brand ... and they like being part of it.

No point telling them otherwise because they don't care and they usually defend it to the end.

I would not try to shoot for suicide girls ever! They do not pay well...

You will better off shooting your models and selling your content here and other places.

Just make sure that you do everything in compliance with 18 U.S.C 2257

No one will buy your content with out those records. That is your very first step into considering making money with any type of adult explicit material.

Now you are photographer I understand... But Video these days are far more important than photos for sales and conversion.
So My advise is to shoot both matching stills and video of each and every set you do.

Get a Canon HF20 HD video cam shoot video as well.

I agree, Playboy has the same effect on every wanna be playboy model.
I have seen girls get a test shoot by PB and then they post it all over their myspace page as if they were or are PLAYMATE! OMG!!

You need to take a look about more.

There are many non-hardcore sites that sell very well.

Your porn business is a success when you you're able to convince models that getting naked for you is "freedom of expression".

Well it's different traffic for a start. I don't target the softcore surfers and send them to the likes of Brazzers and vice versa. There is a huge market out there for softcore stuff.

Yes it does. You just need to find buyers... there are MANY sites that do very well softcore. Contact the guys from www.onlytease.com and show them your work.

Hit me up, we've worked with SG in the past and we're currently in the process of creating a community of alt/emo/tattoo'ed/pierced people. I would advise against Suicide Girls unless you like working for free. We'd definitely be interested in these style photos for our upcoming project.

Unfortunately, outside of our alt. niche you will find most people wanting hardcore photos and videos included.

I was going to suggest them as well but it was posted above so didn't bother.

I think they have 2 photogs on full time work for them and they use a lot of others as well. I think Perrie's style is good for them.

Register at some of the model/photog sites and look for them there if you haven't already, there's tons that will get their kit off. :)

always get photo ids, and release forms, save your butt in the long run, incase they want the pics taken down for whatever reason.

and even if you have all that, those are worthless if you do not pay the models. Doesn't matter but you have to pay them something or those papers won't stand in court.
