I find it strange that the OP hasn't answered the multiple requests to how much the guy ripped him off for. I'm not saying ti didn't happen or anything else, so don't try putting words in my mouth. I'm just wondering why he hasn't answered the question.

Dude however you got ripped you fucking deserved it if you can't put a shitty simple case into comprehensible words! I'll give you some pointers:

1- who ( we got that one after a few posts, also a precedent if applicable)
2- how ( the context, sum and process )
3- when ( time related whiny shit like "I tried contacting him for 3 days now..." it's used to induce your honest guy image)
4- how ( how did you plan to solve this, what are the efforts you made in this regard )
5- conclusions and intent ( self-explanatory )

And that's how you make your case. You can't go accusing people without a solid fucking base without making whole GFY piss on your thread even though you're the victim and this may be serious...

Insane Matt, aka Irie, or whatever, he was fired from silvercash and dukedollars, and during that time he was still taking money for link exchanges for sites he didnt own, im sure at one time he was an alright guy, but hes ripped a bunch of people off.
