Isprime is a good host. Not unlike MojoHost, its better to work with a company slow on sales but fast on support. Do you want to trust your livelihood to a sales or technical organization?

Isprime is solid.. If you need tech support its done via the email ticket system.. The NOC Icq is for them to deal with you live after they get to your ticket. Typically if you icq to contact them first they tell you to write a email ticket first.. There is order to how the system works so they can pritorize who to deal with first..
Send a email ticket first. Then if you want you can icq them to touch base on that ticket. Ive done TONS of tech requests with them. TONS.. And some of them have been emergency situations to even very complex requests. And they have always taken care of the issues in a manner that has pleased me.. I personally cant say enough about them and the tech support. Its why I host there. Theyve been around for a long time and have a great reputation for a reason. I dont normally speak out and give props to companies, but in this case I felt it was needed. Isprime is solid and I stand by em. Have been for many many years now. :thumbsup |
