do you scan posts by thread title or by user?

Thread title mainly.

Thread title, I really dont care who posts it. Unless its something that sounds interesting I continue on. If it catches my eye I click it.

I scan by the user

I look at both. First thread title then user, unless I'm looking for something specific.

I look for title whichever catches my attention then the poster.

Title only. Good people can have a bad day, and sometimes even idiots can start a useful thread.

Title, fail threads especially, like ..."NOT PAID WTFFFFFFFFFF!" or SleazyD's threads..always some fun shit going on in those.

scan by title, if its something shocking i look at the user and 80% i wont click as i already know its a bs title

Nicky is dead on... but there are some users I'll definitely click even if I know there is no biz to be made. Some of the assclowns on GFY really give me a good laugh and they do say laughing is healthy ;-)

A little of both, but my eyes usually drift toward "user" first. You can guess how a thread will go based on who started it.

Mainly thread title, i only look for user posted content when i want to know more about somebody, you can learn a lot.

thread first, then user. Sometimes won't read based on the user. Long time lurker here

Title then user. If user is < credible then fail.

Title. Then I look at the OP and if one of the resident tools, I pass it over.
