Need advice on selling my website
 

Hey everyone! I have decided to retire from adult modeling and sell my website. This is what brings me here. I need some advice, tips or suggestions on how to sell my website? How do I know what it's worth and where to post it for sale? What all do I have to figure out as far as info to provide to potential buyers? My site is TonyasFanClub . com which I am selling but I also have other websites for sale like
BootyInAction . com
SexyLiveFriends . com
BootyGoddess . com
JuiciFlava . com
LiveSexWebCamChats . com

But I know my main website (tonyasfanclub . com) is the one worth more then the ones I just listed. I have a lot of niche traffic going to it, SE keywords, established and known etc...

Oh almost forgot about my other domain for sale as well DiscreetPhonePlay.com

Generally, the sites will be worth a multiple of what they are earning now. If you are selling, the chances of the revenues growing, and sites staying live, and pretty slim. (since the sites are about you).

If you list revenues and traffic of said sites, we can give you a better idea of what they would be worth to a buyer.

So traffic, sources of that traffic, and revenues, are usually a good showing of what the site is doing, and what it is worth.

Some say monthly revenue x's 5 but like he said, it's about you so it will be tough to sell unless you keep making them vids for it. Is the webcam site about you? If not, i'd like to see it, it's parked right now.
