They recently sent out an email to affiliates about how they don't allow them to use domains that infringe on their trademarks. Apparently that was part of the agreement when they changed over to NA from SocalCash.

I think it is really the Naughty America brand they are trying to protect too.

They can just take it from you if they want it, there isn't any value in owning it.

Do you also own Disney.mobi and cocacola.mobi?
You might get more if you sell all 3 as a package!

agreed. This thread alone already shows you are just squatting the domain trying to sell it to them to make a profit rather then developing your own site, thus they could just take it from you on that front should they want the domain.

I got the domain to forward all of my mobile traffic to then I was going to send the traffic to Naughty America

But was told I'm not aloud to

So I thought ill sell it to them but haven?t herd any thing back in 2 months

All I want is my many back is what I paid for the domain + the transfer fee

And all the other naughtyamerica TLDs out there are registed by some one else and they are sending traffic to NA

If I was you I would just get rid of it push it to a dummy account or something.
