Development Deal - Adult Models - Shared Revenue
 

I was in talks with a fellow foot lover one state over in regards to this, which would have been perfect on both sides

The objective was he was going to essentially 'buy in' to these site(s) and then I would bring in the experience and assets. He would actually promote and run the day to day aspect of the sites. I would be around to help and advise on what is needed, my part time assistant(s) would be available help to some degree, but essentially the revenue growth would be up to him. We would then share the revenue.

This is ONE of those sites.

Model Site: - Loose Business Plan

Problem One:

I have a ton of wanna be models who contact me for work every week. Most are obviously not going to do foot fetish work. Only around 1 in 10. However, most of these girls are looking to model or for modeling gigs. I get around 50-100 new people contacting me almost every week of the year. Especially in this economy.

Problem Two:

I do not a lot of my model communications for shoots through MySpace. It was the happening thing there for a while and most people had it. I had some 700+ models, and wanna be on the friends list. When it would come time to schedule, I would have to do a series of different posts to get the girls who would be available to work. I am not going to go into the details, but let's just say when you work with college amateurs who are non-models, it is a bit different monster than a higher end production with agents, scheduling and so forth. It is one of the trade off's to extremely cheap labor. Anyway, this is a dying model.

Solution:

Build a modeling social network website like a model mayhem or onemodelplace. All models applying for work will be directed to that site. They will set up a profile, and their pictures. I will then be able to communicate about upcoming shoots and shit via one website and email.

Advantages:

Over time, this site will have a number of model profiles on there. Which you can use for other things. You can later expand outside of Michigan to a bigger area. If you decide to shoot your own content down the line, you already have a very cheap labor pool of girls who will shoot for you and looking for cash. Later on, you can add in premium features for other photographers, models and so forth.

Mission:

The site is actually solving a labor issue for me in regards to dealing with my recruiting and communication with potential models. However, there are a lot of advantages to a site like this over time. From the pictures, profiles, and revenue models. However, I do not have time to develop this. So I am looking for someone to had that promotion and building revenue piece.

I bring the girls, and experience, and can get the CMS and design done on what is needed for the short and long term. However, the advertising, and marketing would be where someone else would come in. The revenue is secondary to me, so I am fine sharing a 50% revenue split on the site. I simply do not have the time, or interest, to expand this beyond the initial need of models, their pictures and profiles to solve an issue. It would be a waste to not have it making some money along the way.

Although this may come in later versions after launch, I am looking to have this project also include the following....

4. Pay per Job Posting
5. Newsletter/Area Updates

Once the site is launched, I will start running all of my model recruiting and scheduling through the website which will start building up the profiles in DB. I also have a number of patrons who are looking for custom shoots for their scripts.

Lastly, this piece will help in better centralize labor for the chat, chat, social piece coming later. I have an abundance of cheap labor in college girls in my area who are looking for extra money.

Everything I am working on has a short and long term plan in the bigger picture.

This is actually going to be the first step in a bigger picture.

The second half of this plan will be developing fetish sites for newbies and start ups. Including hosting, coaching, site stores, templates, CMS, white labels, traffic, chat, cams, and new things I am working on.

Having access to the cheap talent pool is one piece in a bigger picture.

I always enjoy people with skeleton's in their closet who try and call people scammers and claim to "worry about others" yet have a shady past. If I had your checked past of rip offs. I probably would learn to keep my mouth shut. Just a friendly tip for you. :)

I have actually heard this story from a handful of people now.

Apparently, in the past, a number of individuals and companies have tried something similar for whatever purpose. Some were looking to make a jobs site, some a MM type of site, others for a revenue business model. All seem to have given up on it at various stages.

For me I have to build this period.

This is really about handling the recruiting, and management, of my current and new models first and foremost. I have them now running through a couple of sites in the recruiting process for descriptions and examples. Then a few others for communication purposes when we are doing shoots. This is simply too inefficient. We have tried many different ways over the years looking for the best solution to the problem, and feel this is it.

All new models applying for work have to submit pictures to me before an interview (as well as go through a few more steps). Some of these girls already exist on modeling sites, so setting up a profile for them will not be a big deal. Others can't seem to send their pictures via email correctly. So this solves the problem for that. But the biggest advantage are the 7-8 out of 10 who will not work for us because of toe sucking.

Typically, those girls are turned away and say something to the effect of, 'Well if anything else comes up not toe sucking, let me know". Well, there may be in the future, but as it stands now. Those girls are lost as I do not save their information or pictures and such. This solves that problem.

I also have a lot of area photographers who are looking for girls. There are a few I would recommend to the lovelies. For that service, I would charge them. This is where the premium feature comes in for photographers and producers. Just like OMP has.

I also have a lot of girls who want to showcase their images they do with different people. That , again, solves that issue as they can then use their profile, and we can work up some other little sig and image java hot link things for them to fly on their social network profiles and so on.

Keep in mind. In version one this is about solving my existing issue for recruiting and centralizing communication with my models. However, over time this will get full of profiles from girls looking for work. I get contacted by 50-100 new people a week depending on the time of year. So even half of those is a lot to be populating a site.

Over time, you get access to a lot of images via TOS as well as profiles, and a cheap labor base to do not only my existing shoots, but also chat, cams, and helping out others for a fee. There are a number of other little things you can nickel and dime into a nice money making site along the way. Which is where someone else may have some interest in sharing.

This is one piece in a bigger puzzle. However, this will help to better manage the talent I have available and ease up the scheduling of sessions. Especially when I am not doing it myself, and an assistant or third party has to schedule a shoot with 3 girls. The way it is done right now is simply too chaotic.
