Development Deal - Pay Sites Network - Shared Revenue

I had been in talks with a fellow foot lover to take over the day to day operations of my network of sites. Both existing, and those in development, but the deal fell through with his finances.

The objective was he was going to essentially 'buy in' to these site(s) and then I would bring in the experience and assets. He would actually promote and run the day to day aspect of the sites. I would be around to help and advise on what is needed, my part time assistant(s) would be available help to some degree, but essentially the revenue growth would be up to him. We would then share the revenue.

This is the SECOND of those sites.

Foot Fetish & Tickling Network - Loose Business Plan

Problem One:

It really is not so much a problem, just a matter of priority. I am interested in continuing to do the production of the foot fetish and tickling content for my clip store and tube pay sites. However, I am no longer interested in running the day to day routine that goes into the pay sites in regards to promotion and traffic.

Problem Two:

Traffic in the adult market, and fetish markets, has become unstable as more TGP's, link lists and other sites close down or are sold off. This is creating a void where a lot of the old consistent streams are disappearing.

Solution:

I will continue cranking out the new production for the foot fetish, and tickling, tube pay sites. I will continue running the clip stores. The rest I would like someone else to run and develop.

I have had my assistants working on a traffic tube fetish site to test the market, and then we're going to launch a series of them after that. I also have a paid submitter tube, and mobile tube pay site, I am toying with as well. We are looking at all the different business models for tube sites, and application, while the business model lasts.

I am not interested in expanding, or running, an affiliate program myself.

Advantages:

My assistant(s) already know how to do SEO blogs if need be. They are also the one's populating the traffic tubes with content until user submits pick up. So you do not have to do it all alone.

The content converts, as you can see HERE, and you would not have to deal with the production end, or updates. Only the promotion and traffic end of developing the sites. My position in the market already has a fan base, and I am looking to expand and maintain it while I work on some new things.

Mission:

The goal of outsourcing, or allowing someone else to come in and handle the assets really comes down to this.... I am looking to create some more free time for me to work on some new stuff. Both fetish and mainstream. I simply want to do the production end of the business, and leave the rest to someone else to manage and grow.

I am fine with them taking 50% of the profits after expenses (performance based), assuming they are doing the marketing and promotion of the sites. Between the pay sites, I am also looking to build a decent fetish traffic network between both the new, and old, site business models. The goal is additional revenue through submissions, and ad buys to go along with the stable traffic network.

I already have an established following of patrons and members. You are going to work with my assistants to develop more sales, traffic and network to gobble up more fetish eye balls for current sites, and those that will be launched later.

Assets:

Established Foot Fetish Tube Pay Site
New Content Foot Fetish Tube Pay Site (development)
New Tickling Only Tube Pay Site (development)
Amateur GF Tube Pay Site (development)
Foot Fetish Search Engine
Traffic Fetish Tube Site Network (development)
Series of Foot Fetish and Tickling Clip Stores
Plus....

For existing sites already making money, you would get credit for additional revenue OVER that amount or via tracking. Obviously it is beneficial to know the fetish, or at least understand it. These are all pieces in a bigger puzzle. I am looking for a long term commitment on this deal.

What do you bring? Cash.

Serious inquires only please.

Disadvantages: You are essentially paying to join an affiliate program. Consider joining the thousands out there and then sending your traffic to them, it's free.

You don't have to help pay for expenses out of what you would get, and they also take care of all the production.

Didnt you just get out of a partnership? Why enter into another one?

(serious question)

Take my advice and find a full time employee instead. This works sooooo much better.
