is sarah silverman funny enough to have her own show? NO.
she's hot, but she's not funny. other than the nastiest joke thing she did way back when, i don't think i've really lmao @ any of her schtick.
now janine garafaolo, on the other nite after the sarah silverman show, was A LOT funnier with her latest routine. |
She has her moments but not enough to warrant her own show.

Agreed :2 cents:

I watched her show for a bit, but it got old pretty fast. Still there are worse comedians with their own show out there.
|
I watched the first episode of her show back when it came out and sat through the whole thing in shock at how very unfunny it was considering how much hype there was surrounding it.
|
I think they are both pretty funny. Tracy Ulman's new show is pretty good too.
|
Comedy Central is just desperate to find another Chappelle's Show
|
you know what new show is funnier than shit?

But that guy is funny. There's more laughs in a single episode of tosh than in a full season of the average sitcom. |

She's very funny but I have to agree an entire show of her is a bit too much.

She used to be funny with the racist schtick because you never expected to see it coming from someone that looked like her. Now she's just annoying, plus picturing Jimmy Kimmel riding her all covered in sweat has ruined her for me.

Not seen the show, but I have always loved this bit she does:
I got raped by my doctor. Which is so bittersweet for a Jewish girl. |
Yet regardless of what you guys think, she has her own show.

Hasn't she already had a show or two that have been cancelled?

Sarah Silverman is on par with Chris Elliot.
They're both funny, and can both take on a small character role in a movie and make it funny. But to have them as the star of anything just does not work, at all. |
