Hi, we are looking to add a prepaid card, revupcard is no longer in business, so we are looking for an additional shared value card payment method to offer to webmasters

we have paypal, epass, and need to know the next best one

Hmm if you can issue your own checks then you should issue your own debit card as well.I saw tons of sites which offer debit card for withdrawing money from popular epayment systems like e-gold,liberty reserve and others and they were usualy run by one man only so i guess it should work for you too.
