Is this Photoshopped??? Sarah Palin Notes on Hand

URL: http://www.huffingtonpost.com/stefan..._b_452458.html

UPDATE: (Huffpost Exclusive)

Closer inspection of a photo of Sarah Palin, during a speech in which she mocked President Obama for his use of a teleprompter, reveals several notes written on her left hand. The words "Energy", "Tax" and "Lift American Spirits" are clearly visible. There's also what appears to read as "Budget cuts" with the word Budget crossed out.

TheSenator 02-08-2010 09:15 AM

Where are all her supporters?

Serial Pervert 02-08-2010 09:17 AM

looks real, but we never know...

stickyfingerz 02-08-2010 09:18 AM

So how does writing a few notes on her hand compare to using a teleprompter for every word that comes out of your mouth? lol

Are there people that still support Obama?

_Richard_ 02-08-2010 09:30 AM

so very very sad

dav3 02-08-2010 09:31 AM

I truly feel sympathy for the people that think she would make a good president.

Vendzilla 02-08-2010 09:33 AM

Yeah they are real, her response to the buzz about it was later writting "hi mom" on her hand
A bit low tech, but why does it matter?
If thats all you have against her, what about the telepromter that Obama uses and never looks into the camera during a speech?, he just shifts his head from one telepromter to the other

Tom_PM 02-08-2010 09:45 AM

Man, Obama can whoop anyones ass in a live debate. Dont you remember how he handed the GOP congressional members their ass the other week? How about the democratic congressional dinner? How about all his other live events that he is constantly doing live Q&A with real people, unscreened other than security?

That idiot stood there describing herself when she mentioned a charismatic leader with a teleprompter and no brain. Tort reforms and offshore drilling. Yawn. Way to go, caribou barbie. Drill baby drill.

If you're getting paid over 100k to do a speech, what is wrong with a couple of notes on your hand?....

And this is coming from someone who hates Sarah Palin....But seriously, who cares?

Because she criticized someone for being just a charismatic leader reading from a teleprompter during her speech.

Then she gets busted with crib notes on her hand. She reached new levels of dumb, thats all.

I think you're reaching on this one
when I watch Obama give a speech, his head just goes back and forth to the promters, he never seems to look at the camera

Writing down some key points she wanted to cover is miles away from just reading a whole speech from a telepromter. I am not gung ho about her either, but that is retarded. And if you want Im sure I can find tons of Obama fuck ups when he didn't have said teleprompter in front of him.

God, the selective memory is an amazing thing. Do you even watch the news when Obama is on at some live event? He has no troubles simply TALKING to people in the audience.

What she did was criticize a behavior, then promptly engage in the behavior.

You can find whatever fuckups you want. It's beside the point of her hypocrisy on the subject.

BTW: On the news now, Obama arranging a bi-partisan TELEVISED meeting on healthcare. Lets see how the GOP tries to get out of it, even though they demanded it and criticized him for not doing it.

BS.....If you want to criticize someone, then you need to have your own speech MEMORIZED.....

And YES, I want YOU to find TONS of Obama fuckups when he didn't have a teleprompter...

I'm waiting......

I think way too much is being made of Palin's hand writtings, bigger things are happening, but if thats all you got?

He promised TELEVISED (C-Span) meetings all along, I think it's about time he actually did it. The GOP has already stated they want them to scrap what they have and start over, they want tort reform and cross state lines insurance.
He's only tring the bi-partisan approach now because he has no choice

I was fine with one comment about the hypocrisy, thats all it showed to me so I'll leave it at that.

About the meetings, you know there were tons of meetings regarding the healthcare issue all summer and autumn long. People were more interested in the ridiculous death panel crazies though. So you cant blame people for being unaware of all the meetings, but you can blame them now for not doing their homework. There were tons of meetings and hearings on cspan. But as the president said, he should have worked harder to arrange cameras for the few meetings he had with republican leaders and democrat leaders seperately. He has said the logistics and timing didnt make it easy, but you're right, he should have arranged it. Thats what HE has already stated on the record, it's not me saying it.

So, how will that affect peoples opinion and participation in the upcoming meetings he is scheduling? Will they just back out and claim no give backs or I called shotgun? I guess we'll have to tune in and find out.

what, in your opinion, is Obamas reason for not doing a televised bi-partisan approach before?

Tom_PM 02-08-2010 11:39 AM

Oh and by the way? This has nothing to do with him now trying the bi-partisan approach. The simple fact is that the democrats never needed a single republican vote. They WANTED their participation, and thats factually the only reason why they didnt just cram shit down our throats like the bush rubber stampers did.

I have no idea, he promised and I think news outlets like Fox really pushed that the GOP had no power and that let people think they we're not being represented in the government, a really really big mistake on Obama's behalf

There has been a couple things that the GOP has pushed and the left has completely ignored. Tort reform, this will drop the cost of insurance, I talked to my doctor about this, it's something that really needs to be in there. and cross state line insurance. Why is the left against this, it makes sense. With tort reform, they can run themselves, the health-care itself runs great, it's the INSURANCE and COST.
I think the 2000+ page bill the dems were pushing scared people because no one really knew whats in it and with the history of our government, you knew that it was loaded with pork.
Also, government control, Why? ever been in a VA hospital, it's fucking scary, good movie to watch is Article 99. They have gotten better, but the government doesn't need to run health-care.
People aren't happy with the rubber stamp as you call it that the dems were putting on health-care and they took away that power from them.
This is not about Bush, it's bout whats going on right now

with this being your idea on what would get people to react, why hasn't the Patriot Act had the same type of vehement response? You'd think something that allowed constitutional rights to be overlooked would garner far more unease than medical reform

the patriot act was a big thing the Democrats used to get into office in 2006, that and the war in Iraq and Afghanistan, they promised change

What change have you seen in the last 3 years?

did obama use telepromters duing any q and a interviews? and did you even watch the videos you posted? i doubt it because most just repeat his one mistake over and over in a loop.

a toning down of ww3 rhetoric with Russia, and an acceptance of the existence of the outside world

but back to my question of 'where were you (politically), when the patriot act was created'

Why are you trying to compare Obama using a teleprompter for a speech and Palin writing notes on her hand for a Q&A?

Its asinine to expect anyone to remember a 5+ minute long speech verbatim, whereas a Q&A session is to determine someones knowledge on the subject. Obviously she's a dumb a cunt who needs to get her ass back in the kitchen

Back then, I was a republican, but because of Bush policies and the fact I really can't think of any accomplishments of his, I changed to an independent. I still tend to be conservative, I believe that the founding fathers didn't want the government to take over, which is a libertarian view, I believe we should have a balanced budget that will keep us from borrowing money from foreign countries. I think the lawyers have fucked up health-care with all the huge settlements they have got, most dem politicians are lawyers.
I think we should have attacked afghanistan, but trying to stay there is a mistake, USSR tried it and failed, I don't think we have any business in Iraq.
I have a daughter in the military and I'm proud of my own service record. I've done and seen things that few people will get to do in there life times because of it.
I believe we should help out other countries, but need to focus on our own problems and solve them before others.

And I sure as HELL think that terrorists shouldn't get a civilian trial, they should have been executed by now. That would have solved the whole gitmo thing
