what do you guys think of this new show Undercover Boss? seems like a rather interesting idea for a show in my opinion, just imagine all the stuff that must get edited out though LOL

Pretty cool to see how the actual grunts do their work that help build his company.no way in hell I would be cleaning up outhouses with a positive attitude lol

I was quite impressed with that show tonight, I thought the company came across as a decent place to work.

Looking forward to next week and seeing that Hooters manager getting fired :1orglaugh

i think they shot 5 total shows.. the rest should be interesting...

dvr only caught 3/4 of it .... might check it out on cbs's site when i get a second.

I was hoping it was going to be more of a business show.

I thought the undercover boss was really disrespectful of middle management who were trying to meet his metrics and the guy came across like he was trying waaaaaaaaaaay too hard to get a pat on the back for being such a great person.

And clearly the whole undercover operation worked poorly if the guy who could have a great positive attitude cleaning portajohns had stopped working for him by the time the show aired.

Pretty local company, so it was kind of interesting tv to watch. In one way it was a bit disturbing to see how disconnected a chief operating officer was of his own operation. I suppose thats normal when you get big, but still. He seemed pretty shocked by virtually everything he did at his own company. Is that good or bad?
