When you send an e-mail introducing your company, product, or service include a clickable hyperlink to your site. Don't make me cut and paste the domain name from your e-mail address just to get to your site to see exactly what it is you're offering. Come on people!

"Who"? That would be a long list, I get several e-mails like that daily. I just shake my head and move on to the next one.

those sorts of emails are good news to those of us who understand the value of a professionally crafted business e-mail.

I honestly think if I compiled some of the "better" e-mails I've received over the years and had them published as a book it would easily make the Best Sellers list.

Yes, a hyperlink is a useful thing. Sometimes it bothers people to cut and paste - it takes longer to do. It's a simple thing to do.
