How can my site convert better?

I have a softcore/celeb blog, PR2, 140K Alexa, url is www.thesoftcore.net.
It gets 3300~3500 UV/Day, around 500 visits from search engines / day.
My blog has bunch of clips and movies from around the web available for download through rapidshare servers.

I promote MrSkin through MrSkinCash, and my convertion rate is something like 1:700 (I get around 100 clicks per day on my ads).

I know I can do better then this since MrSkin's site is awesome and has amazing content that is almost like the content of my site.

Do you have any suggestions?

Drop rapidshare. You shouldn't have to use it for promo content anyways.

Yeah, I also think thats the main problem but my site is a free site on his base so I really just can't remove it...

Start over and redirect the domain if you can nto remove it. Start your own on your own hosting.

Use better images and dont make the images a damn link chase. Either link to the site or link to the big image. But dont like a series of images to a bigger series of the image to what ever else I was taken to.

Better looking pics will get clicked more, leading to higher conversions.
