Hey I need someone to show me how to make some feedback forms on my website.

something like:

I also want to make forms to make surveys that customers can fill out and submit, and have that submitted data posted to a file.

sorry for the newb question but if you can help me tonight, that'd be great!

There's actually some free code here on the forum to do that I think. If not, I could help you out with php. Make all the forms first. A few lines of php can save it all to a file for you. If you have icq, could probably setup something you can reuse with any form you create in the future too or automatically pickup form changes.
