That surprises me.

That service is pushed hard towards employees that do not have bank accounts to receive direct deposit.

Considering I've heard of the card despite never using it, I would have imagined that their marketing was good enough to get enough users and remain in business.

I hope there was at least an ordinary wind down and nobody will end up out of money.

We used RevUp for some affiliates payments and were informed via email back in November 2009 that they were being sold and that all cards would have to be re issued whith whoever was taking over. We were given till Jan 1 2010 to remove our funds etc...and would then have to re-apply for a new card. We withdrew our money and never bothered with a new account.

Not sure if this is tied to what is being mentioned or if it is something new.

revup card didnt take off that well as epassporte did

Won't name them but at least one big cam program switched over to them and pushed them bigtime. Glad I didn't sign up for more due to them. Have a dead revupcard that I can scrape frost off the windows with now at least. lol
