I need some sort of system that will allow my girls to give FREE webcam shows to their members. Right now we're using one but it's nothing special, and we want to give these guys the best of the best

Camz is the best option. Not only will your girls get to do their shows free for their members, but their members will also get to watch the shows of the other ladies that perform on Camz free too. Can't beat hundreds of webcam shows each week.

We have a solution that lets you do free shows for your members via a single line of javascript you put in your members area (and then use our software to broadcast). You can customize the size and colors to match your site.

An added cool bonus is that we record the shows in FLV format and make them available to you to download about 5-10 minutes after the show ends so you can snag them and put them in an archives section of your members area.

I forgot to add that Camz also records the shows in FLV format, so the performers can put them in their members area. You also can make a 5 to 15 minute video sample for the customers if you choose to after each show. Plus when you do the members shows at least 4 times a month, you get a higher payout on private shows.
