How long do these type of lawsuits actually take? Especially in the case when the accused are not located in the US.

Will those tube sites still be able to go on for years to come?

they can be drawn out for 5-8 years or more. Typically the prosecutor will draw it out for ages to milk the defendant of legal fee's so they either A. fold/go bankrupt or b. withdraw and settle.
