Sex2ube Traffic Network soft launches new service: "Ad Auction Zone"
The new Sex2ube Traffic Network Ad Auction Zone combines 15 premium ad zones across the site in one easy to review area. A representative of Sex2ube explains:
"Let's say Ad Buyer Phil is interested in a couple of spots available on Sex2ube. He would simply access our ad auction page (through his bookmark if he's organized), and then access all the live ad auction spots. These spots represent anything that has not yet been sold. Each auction spot has its own deadline, so Phil just places his bid for the spot, or spots he is interested in. Then Phil receives an email notification to say he is currently the leading bid. If Phil is outbid he will get an email notifying him, and if he wants to carry on bidding all he has to do is simply click to rebid directly from his email link. Once the deadline is reached Phil wins the spot if he is the leading bid. It's that simple." For the first month of launch we will be placing every single regular spot on auction to get people bidding on the spots. That represents savings of approximately $7000 for webmasters and or program owners buying spots through the Ad Auction Zone. Sex2ube.com was one of the first legal tube sites started in late 2007. Focusing on shorter sponsor drive videos and site promotion, Sex2ube.com (and its other 11 sister niche tubes) continue to grow into a leading provider of (mostly) Search traffic. The first deadlines end tonight at midnight PST. Happy Bidding! |
Looks good Allen.. saving for future use...

This is a pretty cool idea Allen, eBay for your ads essentially. I like it.

very cool idea Allen!

Leedsfan, Im glad you shot me over this link. I really like this concept it make take some more effort on the webmaters part but you will never pay for something that you don't know or don't agree with. There is quite the possibility of snagging a good spot for a affordable prices before everyone else gets on board. Time is of essence.

Right on, sex2ube as some good traffic ;-)
|
Cool idea indeed. Well done, Allen!

I love the idea of your bookmark tracker so advertisers can keep a track on the bids .
Nice Allen. JAckie |
I tried to submit a bid for a spot that had zero bids. Instantly I got a message saying that I had been outbid and to please bid again. Funny thing is that it's only showing 1 bid and the bidding amount is exactly the same as I submitted. If someone had bid over me via some autobidding function, wouldn't that count as two bids?
I like the idea of a floating price, let the market decide at any given time, but the bidding part needs some fixing. |

Hey! Great to talk to you, thanks for getting back to me so quickly, much appreciated. Thank you for your doing this auction, I think it will really take off once more bidders come around. This time I kind of got away with a steal, but who am I to complain? ;)
Looking forward to working with you over the next month and I certainly will be back to snap more deals like this! |
Thanks Adraco. You are very welcome. The next auction is going to be Tuesday/Wednesday finishing at 3pm PST. I'll post more details on Monday next week.
