• Customer service or experience dealing with clients

Beneficial skills include:

• e-mail campaign experience (not necessarily adult)
• lots of friends
• lots of sites/impressionable traffic (2+ niches)
• grass roots marketing

I have not hired anybody yet, but I have a plan in mind to do so and a front runner for the position I need to fill.

As a revision for the Job Reqs, I would like to add, that experience with statup companies would be a huge asset.

I should also add that I may be 2 weeks - 2 months away from actually filling the position.
