A sad day for my mother country Poland today.
The plane with Polish president, all top army commanders, and many other top polish officials on the board crashed. They were all going to Katyn for the 70 years anniversary of massacre of 22,000 polish officers and citizens made by Russians in 1940. I've never liked our president Lech Kaczyński but he was great opposition to the government, many times putting a veto on bad acts of parliament. On the board there were also many other very important for my country persons like for example parliamentary ombudsman of Poland Janusz Kochanowski which I've always respected for good guarding citizens rights.

Sorry if it has been already posted, I was just feeling the need to post it.

Sorry to hear that about the Polish President and his plane. That's terrible! Blessings to you and your countrymen on this day, my friend.

Sad day especially for the polish people.

Now I know why the US always seems so paranoid, moving president and vice president around separately, etc. Always being extra precautious.
Would suck to have your entire government wiped out in one freak accident. |
Its a very sad day for sure.

Wow, that is awful. Must be a terrible mess in Poland right now. Hopefully it is just an accident.
