My partner is telling me we should do a GF site. Are you risking getting sued putting these sites up or even worse?

theres 3 types of gf sites. which one is he thinking of doing?

2: user uploaded
3: bought content

Yes I've found a guy who has a database of user uploaded content. I've looked at few places to buy some content and it just doesn't have that amateur feel to it or it's those fake self shot photos.

facebook / myspace / i magefap for the good shit.

The illegal ones just hide behind the same "user uploaded" as tube sites.

No point in taking a chance with scraped or 'user submitted content' with models of who knows what age when you can license legal Ex-GF amateur content with docs from one or more of the established content producers. Buy the content from a respectable content provider. It is safer and it gives you a safety net.

I think that's definitely worth to buy.. but this niche sites opens every hole day and there are too much of them for this moment and of course not so sweet in sales like it were year ago..

For a well establish program I would agree, but for a guy wanting to test the waters the DMCA (as bullshit as it is) is your shield of protection. By the time DMCA is sorted he will know if he can make money in the niche and make moves accordingly.
