Whatever happened to Al from al4a? He was awesome. I remember back in the day submitting galleries to the whole family. Baby Huey from chubbyland or whatever it was called. John Scarpa.. all those guys. Fucking great group! John was brilliant. He went to work with the first group that started meatcash, then bailed. Then nothing. Man those were the days. I miss Al.

Al now runs Ampland and has his hand in a paysite as well. I just saw him at Internext and I speak with him often on icq
He's still very much in the business and doing well.

And Baby Huey (Andy) was running a company that installs granite tops for cabinets last time I spoke with him.

I still hear news about John every once in a while as he was one of the crew we had at Strictly Hosting along with my employee who I still have from those days

Al took me from interland where we blew up their servers to Strictly Hosting.. you ran that? MAJOR RESPECT BRO... You saved my life..

No, I didn't run Strictly Hosting at all.

We did run it from our office for a bit until Scarpa was sent out to Seattle to run it at the Flying Croc NOC before it was sold to National Net.

I ran Ampland all those years along with the current tgps I own. In Nov. of 2006 Al and I split up our partnership and I moved here to Vegas.

But all of that stuff basically ran out of our offices.

When Strictly Hosting was sold we kept one of the guys who had been there forever as my programmer and he still works for me to this day. That's how I still hear news about John. :)
