Web Developer - Mainstream
 

I am looking for a web developer for a few mainstream projects. The first one will be targeted at my local market, specifically small business.

It will work something very similar to what I have been doing in adult for two years with the consulting gigs. I will provide the hosting, website, and email management for small business. I need a basic platform, possibly some plug in's that are options, and basic templates that I can market to area businesses.

It needs to be a couple of pages, and hit the main bullet points a small business would be looking for. Additionally, I may be looking at a coupon and geo mobile type of application as optional upgrade plug in's for these customers. We'll add in more as needed.

1. Please provide your background. Include any work on something similar, and examples.
2. Please provide your budgets for basic initial needs to roll this out.
3. I prefer someone for a long term relationship.
4. Also available during U.S. business hours.

In your basic needs, I need your cost projection for the platform you are going to run on, and the cost per design. If you have to build a platform, I need cost projections for that. The design work does not need to be super fancy, and a customer could opt to pay for customization, but there needs to be a basic cheap-o template or offering.

For any platform on these sites, my company would own them. So you can opt to be paid per each new basic site, or recurring revenue off of the total deal(s) like some others. There are pros and cons to either way. Some prefer long term money.

While I may answer some initial questions via ICQ, I prefer a detailed proposal covering the questions asked, and detailed break down in cost projections, and time lines. Then I will be able to make a decision based on those factors, get some mock up examples done, and roll out an ad campaign locally.
