Today's charge is: USD $4.95 (CAD $ 5.51) for 3 days period. Membership renews automatically at USD $29.95 after 3 days unless cancelled, then at USD $29.95 every 30 days until cancelled.

That's the thing with the biller doing their own currency conversion, I bet it causes confusion because the rebill price is in USD... it HAS to be, since they can't know in advance what the exchange rate will be in 30 days (or even 3 days) time.
