Right now, to be 100% honest, I'm sipping of flat, watered down Dr Pepper... the same one that was carbonated w/ ice when I picked it up running errands about 8 or 9 hrs ago. I'm ghetto like that.

If I had some in the fridge I could do a Chang right now, but we're out and I'm pretty beat to go on a beer run. I've still need to find a good mixer for the Buffalo Grass Vodka but I'm probably just going to go to bed in a bit instead.

As soon as I saw the word "pisco" I knew you were in Peru. :-)

I spent 2 weeks there a few years ago and absolutely loved the country. When I was there, I was in love with Cuscquena, and pisco sours (which they so heavily promote).

it is largely a beautiful country, there are heinous parts as well like any other place but its got alot going for it. the beer here is pretty good- cuscquena,pilsen,trujillo. and you are so right, pisco sours are all over the freaking place:)

i dont drink alot but when i do its usually pisco and beer! i really want to check out argentina and uruguay tho, i have gotten some good feedback about both countries.
