funny thing is explictly stating that they have employees pre-screen every video for copyright infringement and failing to respect copyright is going to bite them in the ass.

either because it will establish that the desired pre-screen everything opinion is unreasonable

or opening them up to statutory damages from the copyright holders and youtube.
