Are there any things your are addicted to, that you cant go a day or less with out?

- Internet: this became worse since i got my iphone, i can now check facebook anywhere any time!

- Indian Takeaways: i could not go a week without one, last week i managed almost a month!! which is a huge improvement considering i was on 2 a week!

Brits are crazy about curry :) but I say sushi is new curry :)

Making Money!

Basically my cell phone and Internet. Both have been a vital part of my life and its hard for me to go anywhere without my cell phone. Going anywhere for more than 1 day, I always bring my laptop and wireless card.

Sad thinking about how dependent I am, but my financial livelihood is at steak.

Did that last year. DTs are pretty fuckin' harsh man. I swore I'd never go through that again. But as bad as it was, my worst withdrawal experience to date was coming off Paxil. I ended up 4 days into it, on the kitchen floor with the doc on the phone, begging him to help me. After he fixed me up, it took another 2 months to wean off that shit.

my dt thing was getting off of morphine after having been on it for a month (injections, not pills) in the hospital due to a pulmonary embolism back in 05. man that was was shitty, sweating, heart plapitations, unable to sleep, constant pain. sucked balls.

why you think i dont drink anymore? these weekend warriors who call us pussies for not drinking have no idea what its like to have DTs and like you said, basically be laying in bed or floor hoping to die to get it over with.

im glad you and i made it out man, really, its no way to live. i couldnt go 12 hours without a drink, if that./

I'm addicted to being vulgar...

Yeah, I never went 12 hours... lol... doubt I could have. I was drinking from whenever I got up to 9 or 10 pm every day of the week. Usually a full bottle of premium tequila per day. I would have a few cups of coffee in the morning, then start pounding tequila by usually 8 am, and switch things up during the course of the day.... some beer, some wine, some brandy, vodka, or whatever we had in the house. Didn't really matter.

But I don't preach about it either. Just like myself, if people want to pickle themselves, they are entitled to do so. Glad you made it out too bro. It's a horrible way to live.

(I don't think I've preached about it. If I have, someone please tell me to shut up next time.)
