are there any fee for recieving money for paypal personal account?
i have business and premier account but their fee are killing me.
i'm thinking of downgrading my premiere to personal if there is no fee for receiving money |
Moving money is never free. Paypal is a service, if you use it - you should pay for it.
Take a closer look at the fee structure here: https://www.paypal.com/us/cgi-bin/we...y-fees-outside |

Fees Our fees are now the same for all accounts - Personal, Premier, and Business. Oh crap :Oh crap I'm glad that epass has still no fee for receiving money :thumbsup |
Lol,officially you cant have business and premier account, you can have only combination of personal and premier/business.So yes you should try to downgrade premier to personal account,or close it and then open personal new one.

The only way to lower fees at PayPal is to receive more money there. I'm always on 2.2% + $0.30 or 2.5% + $0.30 levels due to how much I receive in my account.
Also, if you can get people to pay you with a mass payment, that costs them max $1 and you nothing. In fact usually when I buy domains from people, I pay with a mass payment for that reason...less fees overall and PayPal gets enough fees as it is. |
The fees for personal accounts are cheaper than fees for business accounts.
