Anybody in the Philippines?

Last time I went there, I was using Leizenzi Herbal Sleeping Pills from Better Herbs Inc.

It's impossible to buy online. Only way is to have someone ship the boxes to me in Canada.

http://co-ph.com/~BetterHerbs/availability.html

I pay for the pills, shipping and service. theindigo2k ($@AT@$) yahoo ($@DOT@$) com or reply here. Thanks.

The only time in 3 years I was "clean" and not on Valium, Red Wine or other benzos to get asleep, I was in the Cebu, Philippines and they gave me those pills. After a few days, I was tired ("normal" fatigue) at midnight. So they worked for me... ;)

I don't know if they have it across the boarder, but I've found this stuff by Nature Made called simply "Sleep" -

I reccomend it 100% :thumbsup

I use it myself from time to time but I've helped someone swap out Ambien for it and someone else leave a healthy pill habit behind.

If you can't get your hands on some Nature Made, advil PM works pretty good too, but shouldn't be taken nightly. I don't think it's addictive, but it will fuck up your stomach over time (the advil that is, the Nature Made Sleep is all natural).

Thanks for the feedback... though that product have the same ingredients most 'natural sleeping pills' have. (L-theanine, melatonin, chamomile flower extract, passion flower extract...) BTW the L-theanine should be ne taken more than a few days.

For some reason, Melatonin wakes me up too early. I prefer to play around with 5-HTP, Valarien, Kava-Kava, etc.)

Advil PM is basically Diphenhydramine... same as Benadryl, Nytol, Unisom, Tylenol PM which all REALLY suck on long term. The quality of sleep is crap. Good for occasional insomnia ;)

I've tried Melatonin on its own to the same result, waking up early and also made me feel off in the mornings as well. Almost like an icky hangover.

I hadn't heard L-theanine was something that shouldn't be taken more than a few days, do you know the reasons / neg effects?

I don't take it nightly but as above, I do know a few people who are, and on my reccomendation.
