Say I bought a shitload of apps, can say my friend connect to my computer with his ipad/ipod/iphone and sync those apps?

Sharing of apps doesn't fit in Apples business policy I guess, don't think that it's possible (legally).

Yes you can actually up to 5 times only that other person cannot update the app etc. unless he logs in your itunes account.
