Not necessarily so. It is not so easy to get money into epassporte nowadays.

In the old days if you needed to send someone epass and didn't have any in there you could load via credit card, but that was discontinued and never reinstated.

Now your choices are bank wire @ $30 epass load fee + your bank sending costs, US bank transfer (taking 10 days), wait for a sponsor to send you or I guess get a paypal to epass transfer from someone.
