We normally have up to a 5 "business day" leeway after period close so we can do our fraud checking. Every account gets manually reviewed hence why we need the extra days.
The 3rd & 4th were weekends. And today the office as closed as part of the holiday weekend.
So it'll get taken care of this week for sure. Send your manager an email as a follow up or to me and I can look into it too.
