A good creamy ice cream with bran flakes. It sounds crazy, but it tastes like busted up ice cream cone, and it is actually not too bad for you!

For some reason I turned lactose intolerant last month. Now any and all ice cream or frozen yogurt has dire consequences. Ok, maybe not dire, but definitely unpleasant. I need to know who to direct my complaint to.
