1 carrot 

2 stalks celery 

3 parsley sprigs 

10 black peppercorns 

salt 



tiny new potatoes 300g 

200g green beans 

celery (I have spent the second day) 4 ribs 



for the green sauce with almonds: 

1 bunch parsley 

1 handful peeled almonds 

1 tablespoon capers 

green olives 5 

1 clove garlic 

1 tablespoon white wine vinegar 

salt

olive oil
