This is what I figured they would do back when all these lawsuits started piling in.

I did not expect anything less from the great people at GFY... ;)

We bought all IP, including the name and logo of one of the main companies. There are obvious reasons for this, including the fact that the brand is known in Montreal in the HR sector. We at some point in May decided against keeping the name Mansef and changed it to something similar to be able to keep the logo itself.

One suggestion... look up stuff at company registry in Montreal before you call this in a smokescreen ;)

Oh, also.. I suggest that you at least give XBiz some credit that they may have actually vetted this before they put it up...

Remind me to popular movement in Croatia-if you want to avoid debts problems,you simply register new company with similar name,transfer all assets to new company,and problem solved.Starting to wonder do mansef owners are from Croatia by origin.

whats so difficult to understand - Virage Media bought Mansef with all the assets likes Brazzers, Juggcash etc. and then renamed the company to Manwin.
