Trying to get some checks reissued from when their accounts were frozen... called 3 times over the last 1.5 weeks and they don't return my calls. Anyone have a contact there they can give me, or point them to this thread to get in touch with me. :helpme

i've just used their support@ email address and always had a response within a day. give that a whirl. good luck!
