Serious question: Anyone interested in investing in / partnering up on a mainstream business?

$x,xxx to $xx,xxx

It can be as hands free to you as you'd like it to be. It's going up either way but if I can get some cash together to get it started right I would be happy to share with a partner.

If you're interested at all and have the cash on hand should you be interested leave an ICQ and I'll get in touch with you. I'll explain everything there.

I have some stuff for adult but would need someone outside of the USA thanks to the convoluted 2257 regs.

Is this an online biz? give a few details here.

stocktrader23 07-25-2010 05:37 PM

All I want to say here is that it is a combination of offline services promoted online with localized advertising. Some we currently offer, some we will start offering in the near future. If anyone wants to discuss in more detail they can leave their contact information, preferrably ICQ.

I am always interested in new business opportunities but I have to say the more offline it is the less interest I have. I have seen enough great ideas get buried in red tape and other local bullshit bureaucracy to steer away from brick and mortar biz.

If you want to send me a quick email outlining the broad strokes that would be great.

Thanks

Sure thing but it might take me a bit. I have to stretch my legs and possibly nap for another all nighter. I understand the concerns you've listed but can't think of any red tape or bureaucracy that could crop up. I left the post intentionally vague, I'll explain more by email and you can see what you think.

Cheers

What kind of services? Like home improvement, medical, business...be more descriptive.

Someone would have to be insane to want to partner with you - http://www.gofuckyourself.com/showthread.php?t=979558

Really can't say here without giving too much away. Even though I've bumped into 1000 idiots already there were plenty of sharks browsing back in the day that would be happy to 'eat up' any ideas they like.

Got any more brilliant replies?

trust me you can say exactly what it is here and no one would copy your idea. 90% of the people here have no means to do it. The other 10% are too busy worrying about their own projects they have going. Any "idea" is as good as the person who came up with it. Meaning, if you throw out that it deals with " trading dvds online" then while the "idea" might be good there are a million parts of the deal that you know what needs to be done that other people don't and wouldn't figure out how to do it. I've had a lot of people steal ideas from me, but then see them not be able to make the changes needed and they crash and burn or never make it off the ground. They can't steal the details unless you give them the business plan and even then if they dont know what they are doing it will be hard for them to make changes and keep up with the times.

Haha, I know but you are one of those that could figure them out. I posted pretty much the same in the other thread. :upsidedow

I've been robbed as well. I'm sure you've seen my clickcash landing pages over the years, I hit the showcase regularly so they were 'borrowed' hundreds (thousands?) of times. Hell, I made about $1000 per month from the idiots forgetting to change one of the links to their code. I thought about suing them but then I remembered what city / state I lived in and thought better of it. :1orglaugh

I'm one of the ones that wouldn't have the time to go out and do it on my own.

It is nice having some clout with clickcash. I caught one idiot who not only stole my pages but also my exclusive content from my cam house. Surprisingly, he listed a real working number on the who is for that domain so I called him and asked wtf. Needless to say my convo went something like, look asshole i do a lot of business with clickcash, you might want to remove my content and stop stealing my pages if you want to keep that clickcash account in good standing.

I was copied so many times as well, from text sayings, to my own content I used, to promos I created. I also made sales more than a couple times from idiots who ripped off my shit and forgot to change out some affiliate codes. morons...
